Design to Completion

Conversions generally require various tradesmen or specialists - architects, plumbers, electricians, etc. The local authority will also need to approve work at various stages of the project. With our Design to Completion service, your project manager will be your one point of contact, giving you complete peace of mind by organising and taking care of everything. They will work with you every step of the way to ensure that you are completely happy with the speed of progress and the standard of work.

Partial Conversions

One of our FAQ's is "Can I reduce costs by doing some of the work myself". One of the major benefits of and motivations behind many loft conversions, is that they can significantly increase the value of your home. Should you decide to sell your property the prospective buyer's surveyor will check the permissions for the conversion, and its compliance with the relevant regulations. Generally it is therefore not worth cutting corners or taking chances. The additional cost of using professionals is offset by the peace of mind you will receive knowing that the job has been completed properly, to a high standard and will stand up to the scrutiny of any surveyor.
